Bilingual FR/ENG Senior QA Analyst - Microsoft platforms

**Urgent position, only candidates from the Montreal area and bilingual will be considered (2 days / week in downtown Montreal)**

As part of its digital transformation, our Montreal-based client is looking for high-potential candidates for the evolution of its marketing platform. To continue this evolution, the customer is initiating a project to automate its marketing communications with the implementation of the Microsoft CRM Dynamics Marketing module. This complex project will require the support of a Senior QA Analyst, who will be involved in the various project analysis workshops, and will subsequently be responsible for defining and implementing the Test Strategy. Strong experience in Quality Assurance is essential.

- Define and implement the Test Strategy for the entire project.
- Participate actively in the various project workshops and meetings, and act as the Quality Assurance spokesperson.
- Write all test cases for the project and follow up on execution
- Provide estimates for planning purposes, including effort required by direct and indirect systems and people
- Document all test results in the appropriate systems
- Communicate analysis observations, issues and conclusions to appropriate team members, using appropriate communication channels in a concise, understandable and complete manner.
- Adapt to changing technology, learning and applying new methods to achieve organizational goals and follow best practices for the financial sector and the IT industry as a whole.
- Control the quality and stability of the IT systems supplied, following standard Product Lifecycle Development (PLC) practices.
- Implement best practices in relation to automation
- Create regression test suites (automated and manual)
- Create test cases and automated tests for multiple APIs
- Plan and execute performance tests
