GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

Access to the www.itlink.fr website (the “Site”) is unrestricted and open to all types of audience.

The purpose of the Site is to present the activities and corporate profile of IT LINK and its affiliates.

IT LINK SA undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the security of the documents, information, works and elements appearing on the present Site.

The user of the present Site, however, undertakes to use it in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable on the day of use. Users also undertake to take all necessary security precautions in order to protect themselves from any viruses. IT LINK SA cannot be held responsible for the contamination of the hardware of any user of the Site during or following the consultation thereof. Users state that they consult the Site in full knowledge of the risks said consultation may incur, particularly with regard to the risk of data interception and / or alteration.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is owned by IT LINK SA.

The documents and all other elements including trademarks, logos and domain names, posted on the Site are protected by the French Intellectual Property laws and are either owned by IT LINK SA or their use has been authorized to the company.

User rights are limited to information and content (texts, logos, drawings, photos, videos, etc.) posted and broadcast on the Site and restricted for personal and private use in the home only. No material from the Site may be reproduced in any form whatsoever other than for personal, non-commercial, or home use, and on condition that intellectual property rights and all other property rights are respected.

All other use of Information and content on the Site is subject to the prior written authorization from IT LINK SA.


PERSONAL DATA

IT LINK SA is committed to comply with the French Data Protection Act (or “Loi Informatique et Libertés” in its latest edition) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

The purpose of this clause is to provide users with information about how and why IT LINK SA collects and processes their personal data when visiting its websites, and/or when they sign up to its newsletter, apply for jobs or interact with IT LINK SA.

IT LINK SA is the data controller and is responsible for this Site in terms of GDPR.

Why does IT LINK collect users’ personal data?

CONTACT: in this section, users are requested to give their name; surname and mail address. IT LINK SA uses that information in order to answer users’ questions and comments.

JOB APPLICATION: through our Talent website, users have the opportunity to apply for jobs and internships and /or to send a spontaneous application by sending their CV. IT LINK SA uses those information in order to treat their applications and the hiring process.

AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES: as users interact with the Site, IT LINK SA may automatically collect technical data about their equipment, browsing actions and patterns. Those information are collected by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.

Data are collected for those specified purposes and no further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes.

Who has access to users’ data?

IT LINK SA guarantees the confidentiality of users’ data collected on its websites. Therefore, only the Communication and the HR Departments have access to the collected data, in order to process them accordingly to the established purposes.

IT LINK SA‘s websites are hosted by Planethoster, whose data centers located in France and in Canada offer high security guarantees (TIER III, ISO 9001: 2008; ISO50001:2011; ISAE3402 and PCI-DSS).

How long does IT LINK SA retain users’ data for?

IT LINK SA will only retain users’ personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes IT LINK collected them for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your legal rights

If users are located in the European Union, they are entitled to:

In no event can IT LINK SA be held responsible for the content of the websites to which it provides links. These links are made available as a service to users of the Site. The decision to activate the links is incumbent exclusively upon Internet users. As such, IT LINK SA cannot be held responsible for users’ access via the hypertext links contained in the Site to other resources present on the network.


COOKIES

The cookies serve to determine how users access the Site pages, the time of consultation and the number of users. This technology does not collect any personal users data and information and is obtained globally. The purpose of this technology and information is to help improve websites. The Site does not use permanent cookies that reside on the user’s hard drive.
