Job description

Your daily life with us ...
Identify and "hunt" embedded software developers, applications, web and mobile, electronic designers, technical project managers, scrummasters ... who do not yet know that they will be interested in a career at IT Link and develop your sourcing skills to find candidates.

Be involved in the entire recruitment process: identify candidates through sourcing, carry out telephone screenings and videoconference interviews (Google Meet), send coding tests. Regarding sourcing, you will be trained by the Recruitment Director, Canada on Booleans, automation and various software tools.

There will also be to:

Monitor high potential profiles
Participate in transversal actions as part of the group's recruitment policy: improvement of recruitment processes and practices, suggest new recruitment web tools
Participate in our daily meetings at 9 am.
Co-organize our monthly 5@7 and every 3 months, propose "Team Building" team activities ..., suggest new ideas for internal activities

Profile

You like technology and you want to learn about software, firmware, Internet of Things, Cloud, artificial intelligence ...
You are curious about tech! This is the first of the skills we are looking for because almost everything can be learned and this skill will be assessed in the recruitment process.
You are bilingual French - English (compulsory)
Even if you don't know the differences between AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform, Java from JavaScript, analog from digital, Full-Stack from Front-end: that's okay, you can not know everything at first. If, on the other hand, you already know that python is not just an animal, we want to talk to you!
Start date desired January 2022.

Recruitment process

It is in three stages:

- a Google Meet video call (visio) to tell you more about IT Link in Canada, about the role; get to know you too!
- Google Meet with the Recruitment Director, Romain and the General Manager, Canada
- Google Meet with the other members of the Canada management team
